Project BEECARE
BEECARE - an innovative preparation that will cure and prevent bees from falling ill with the global disease - American foulbrood (AFB).
BEECARE was developed based on the extract of the Tyromyces fissilis fungus for the prevention and fight against AFB. The preparation is the result of cooperation between IDN and the Białystok University of Technology. During the research, the effectiveness of BEECARE was proven both in laboratory conditions and directly on bees in the hive.
BEECARE is a feed additive in the form of an emulsion containing Tyromyces fissilis extract. The product is ready for self-administration, e.g. when the beekeeper prepares sugar syrup immediately before giving it to the bee family in the feeder.
What do we need to implement our project?
To implement our project, we need infrastructure for controlled cultivation of the mycelium of the Tyromyces fissilis fungus. The aim of the project is to build a plant producing BEECARE and undertake marketing activities to sell the feed additive in Europe and worldwide.
The uniqueness of BEECARE
Nature itself provides us with a
remedy for a serious problem. We do not reach for antibiotics and artificial
solutions, but act in harmony with nature, using natural substances to fight
the global bee disease.
BEECARE has a significant
business value for beekeepers - significantly lower costs of the preparation in
relation to the costs of restoring an infected and burned apiary.
We are ready to quickly produce
and commercialize BEECARE and introduce it to the European and global market in
the form of a feed additive.
The added value of the project will be the creation of other preparations from medicinal mushrooms in the future, which can be used in the prevention and treatment of animals and humans.
The BEECARE project is:
- a breakthrough on a European and global scale,
- based on scientific research results,
- a solution that has a positive social and environmental impact,
- possible to quickly introduce to European and global markets,
- risky ... because it is innovative!
- implemented by a team of enthusiastic beekeepers, scientists, managers, enthusiasts and visionaries!
We know that our project can quickly change the world!
